Tom McGahan

Tom first started meditating in his early twenties, "from a young age I had a strong intest in spirituality but it wasnt until a personal tragedy that I found myself drawn to eastern practices such as meditation, breathwork, Tia Chi And Chi Gong." 
 Through these practice eventually found myself at a talk with a Buddhist Master name Dechan Jueren, the  49th Lineage Holder of Hanmi Esoteric Buddhism and 47th Lineage holder of Linji Chan (Zen) School. A new journey had begun.

 In 2011 Tom became a student of Master Zanze Pandit and through his vast knowledge of Buddhism, Toasim and Cofusionism, Tom has learnt many practices and there practical applications.

In 2015 Tom was given permission from his Guru to be able to teach meditation, since then he has taugh with his practical and relaxed style online and in numerous Buddhist and wellness centres

Tom is also a somatic trama release breathwork coach, combining the two disaplines Tom has guided his student to dynamic breathroughs of which they never look back.
